By utilize services from Hydro-Wellness Boutique you acknowledge that all mobile IV hydration and vitamin therapy treatments are health and wellness options provided under the supervision of our medical team for educational purposes only. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are allowed. Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or 30 days for membership subscription services. To avoid additional fees, which will be charged to the debit or credit card on file prompt communication in writing must be recieved. NO exceptions. By proceeding, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits against Hydro-Wellness Boutique. 'You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply 'STOP' to any message you receive from us, or contact our customer service team for assistance.'
